# The Resilience Coach — Russell Harvey > Russell Harvey is a UK-based Resilience Coach, Executive Coach and Keynote Speaker with 25+ years in Learning, Leadership and Organisational Development, 6,000+ executive coaching hours and 10,000+ facilitation hours. He has worked with 50+ organisations across retail, manufacturing, health, finance, local government, education and the third sector. He works with organisations, teams and individual leaders to build resilience, using his own Resilience Wheel framework. Resilience is defined here as "springing forward with learning" — never "bouncing back." Russell founded The Resilience Coach Ltd in July 2015.
